The website is information, not a contract
The pages on this site, including descriptions, photos, FAQs, blog posts and pricing explanations, are general information about our services. They are not an offer to transport your trailer and they do not create a contract.
Quotes and your date
- A quote is our estimate for the trip you described. It is good until the expiration date shown on your quote and can change if the details you gave us change.
- Requesting or receiving a quote does not reserve a date. A pickup date is not guaranteed until you have signed the Transport Services Agreement and we have received your deposit.
- Please make sure the information you give us is accurate and complete, including addresses, your trailer’s details and its declared value.
Transport services are governed by the signed agreement
If you book a transport, the terms of the move — payment, cancellation and refunds, your responsibilities, insurance, liability and claims, and how disputes are resolved — are in the Transport Services Agreement you sign. If anything on this website or in these terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to interfere with it, break into it, overload it, copy it automatically in bulk, or submit false or misleading information. We may block access to anyone who does.
Our content
The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in arranging a transport. Please do not copy or reuse them for other purposes without our written permission. Reviews shown on the site are quotations of reviews posted on Google by our customers.
