This policy explains what information we collect when you visit missionreadyrv.com, ask for a quote, or book a transport with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language.
Who we are
AeroPath Logistics LLC, a Texas limited liability company, does business as Mission Ready Transport and Mission Ready RV Services (“we,” “us”). We are a licensed motor carrier (USDOT 4552953, MC 1808432, TxDMV 010313964C) based in Austin, Texas, and we transport travel trailers, fifth wheels and similar trailers.
Information we collect
What you give us
- On the quote form: your name, email address, phone number, the pickup and delivery addresses, your requested date, details about your trailer (type, length, weight and the answers to our readiness questions), how you heard about us, and any notes you write.
- When you accept a quote: your trailer’s year, make, model, VIN and declared value, your billing address, and whether you authorize unattended delivery.
- When you sign our Transport Services Agreement: your signature, and the signing record kept by our e-signature provider.
- When you pay: payment is handled by Stripe (and Affirm, if you choose a monthly plan). You enter your card or account details on their secure pages. We do not see or store your card numbers; we receive confirmation that a payment was made, its amount and date.
- When we move your trailer: photos and a written condition report of your trailer at pickup and delivery, and our records of the trip.
- When you contact us: your calls, emails, texts and replies, and what you tell us in them.
What is collected automatically
- Website visits: Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived, using cookies. It is the only third-party tracking tool on our public pages.
- Quote pages and emails: when you open your quote page, or open an email from us, our system records the time, your IP address, your approximate city and your internet provider. The emails contain a small image that lets us know they were opened. We use this only to know whether you have seen a quote and when it makes sense to follow up. An open or a view does not mean you read it.
- Our truck carries an electronic logging device that records the truck’s location and driving time, as federal hours-of-service rules require.
- Our website and its hosting provider keep standard security and server logs.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your quote, book and schedule your transport, and carry it out.
- To send you your agreement, invoices, receipts, reminders, inspection reports and other notices about your transport.
- To answer questions, handle claims and resolve disputes.
- To keep the business records the law requires, including tax, accounting and motor carrier records.
- To understand how the website is used and to keep it secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send advertising for other companies.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only as needed for the service they provide:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, our database and security.
- Microsoft 365 — our email, calendar and business records.
- Stripe and Affirm — payments and monthly payment plans.
- SignWell — electronic signing of your agreement.
- Dropbox and our other cloud storage and backup services — storing signed agreements and transport records.
- Google — Google Analytics (website statistics), Google Maps (route maps), Google Fonts (the type used on our pages) and Google Voice (our business phone number and texting).
- Motive — our truck’s electronic logging device.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, to deal with a claim or dispute, or as part of selling or transferring the business. If you tell your insurer or another party to contact us about a claim, we will share what is needed for that claim.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website still works if you do. Our quote pages and secure customer pages do not use Google Analytics.
Text messages and email
When you give us your phone number or email address, we use it to contact you about your quote and your transport, including notices and inspection reports. We send texts one at a time from our business phone; we do not use an automated or bulk texting service. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell us to stop texting at any time by saying so in a reply or by calling us. We do not send promotional newsletters. If you no longer want follow-up on a quote, tap “No Thanks” on your quote page and we will stop following up.
How long we keep it
- Pickup and delivery photographs: at least 90 days after delivery.
- Bills of lading and inspection reports: at least one year, as federal rules require.
- Quote requests, agreements, invoices and payment records: as long as we need them for our business, tax and accounting records, and to handle any claim or dispute.
If a claim is open, we keep the related records until it is resolved. We delete or de-identify records when we no longer need them, unless the law requires us to keep them.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards: encrypted connections, access limited to people who need it, and trusted providers for payments, signing and storage. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do what the law allows. Some records, such as agreements, invoices, bills of lading and records of open claims, we must or may need to keep. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm who you are first.
Children
Our services are for adults who own or manage a trailer. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
